About me
Abby Filbert is in her fifth year of teaching Family and Consumer Sciences at Northwest High School in Lincoln, Nebraska. As an FCS educator, Abby strives to provide equitable learning experiences for her students and develops engaging curriculum to provide them with the skills for life and their future career. Abby is active in Lincoln Public Schools District FCS Curriculum Development, various committees within her school building, and is Head Cheerleading Coach at Lincoln Northwest High School. Most recently, she has graduated with her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership through Doane University.
