This class will focus on how high schools can intentionally develop and strengthen Education Pathways that prepare students for careers in Early Childhood Education and K–12 teaching. This session highlights the importance of early exposure to teaching careers, hands-on learning experiences, and career-aligned coursework that builds both foundational knowledge and professional skills.
Participants will explore how Education Pathways support workforce development, increase student engagement, and create clear connections between high school coursework, postsecondary programs, and education-related careers. Practical examples and strategies will be shared to help educators design, refine, or expand pathway opportunities within their own schools.
