This session showcases how a blended culinary curriculum—featuring podcasts, instructional videos, practice certification exams, and digital recipes—can strengthen engagement and retention. Attendees will also participate in a palate test that sparks discussion around artificial additives and food literacy. The Introduction to Culinary Arts Management, Second Edition (Coursebook and Workbook) will be provided for attendees!
