Sarah Shaffer is a Curriculum and Education Specialist at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, supporting teachers in designing engaging, practical Health Science and STEM learning experiences. With more than 16 years of K-12 classroom experience and prior service at the Nebraska Department of Education, she brings a strategic and creative approach to developing lessons and resources that meet the real needs of today's students and educators. Sarah is passionate about partnering with teachers and providing solutions that spark student engagement and strengthen classroom instruction.
