About me
Monty Larsen is a Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education & Communication at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he serves on the ALEC Teacher Preparation Team, providing outreach and support to agricultural and skilled technical science educators across Nebraska.Before joining UNL, Monty served as a high school agricultural education instructor and FFA advisor for 21 years, bringing deep classroom experience to his work mentoring new and experienced teachers alike. His expertise includes supporting professional development, strengthening authentic classroom practices, and helping educators implement engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
