About me
As the Director of Banking and Finance for the state of Nebraska I have observed decades in both the banking and people industries, I've learned that change is not an interruption to our work—it is part of our work. Banking and education have always evolved, and those who understand change as a tool gain a far better perspective than those who ignore it. AI presents us with a similar opportunity. Properly used, it can help us filter noise, identify what matters, and focus our time where human judgment adds the greatest value. The question before us is not whether AI will shape the future, but whether we will teach the next generation how to use it wisely while still owning their decisions, responsibilities, and lives.
