About me
A 27-year veteran of a Business Education classroom at Calloway County High School in KY, Jennifer Stubblefield specializes in Office Administration, Multi-Media Publishing, Digital Literacy, and Microsoft Certification classroom content. Her classroom efforts led to the development of an award winning, public high school program that is recognized on the State and National levels for outstanding achievements and high rates of success on state-mandated business education tests and industry certification exams. After leaving the classroom, she accepted a position as the Customer Success Manager for Certiport, the nation’s leader in industry-based certifications. Serving as the in-house corporate and educational trainer, Jennifer worked across the US ensuring that teachers were equipped to provided industry certifications in over 30 areas of CTE.
For her efforts in entrepreneurship education in her local community, the Chamber of Commerce in Murray, KY named her as the 2017 Most Outstanding Woman in Business. On the state level, she was named the 2016 Kentucky Business Education Teacher of the Year. In 2018, her peers named her as the Southern Business Education Teacher of the Year. She was named as the 2019 Certiport Educator of the Year, an award given for multiple years of championing for industry certifications, not only in her high school, but also on the state and national levels. Additionally, she was named as the 2019 Most Outstanding Alumni from the College of Education at her alma mater, Murray State University. One of Jennifer's career passions was her role as an FBLA Advisor to one of the largest chapters in KY for the Future Business Leaders of America.
Professionally speaking, she has served on several Executive Boards in her field, including President of the Kentucky Business Education Association and Membership Director for SBEA/NBEA. Additionally, she served as a Mentor Coach for new business education teachers in KY. She is a frequent speaker at conferences in both the educational and corporate arenas, where she is known for her high-energy, interactive, and motivational workshops. She loves to "train the trainer" and can also be found in her local community training small businesses in the area of soft skills, technology, and digital literacy foundations. Jennifer has also entered the realm of authoring as she has authored video-based curriculum in the areas of Microsoft Certification and Communication Skills for Business for educational software companies Brain Buffet and LearnKey.
She and her husband have two adult children and two grandchildren. She enjoys traveling and organizing travel for her friends and family, as well as small groups. She is the owner of Jennifer’s Journeys, a small-group travel company. Jennifer places high value on both energy and enthusiasm in her professional and personal life. Her favorite quote is by Theodore Roosevelt, "No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care."
