About me
Ethan is a business teacher at Bay High Focus Program in Lincoln, NE. Bay High is a private-public partnership between The Bay (nonprofit community center) and Lincoln Public Schools. Founded with the mission to provide creative, entrepreneurial-minded students with the tools, access, and stewardship to be successful creators of tomorrow, the Focus Program is a choice option for juniors and seniors interested in the intersections of business, art, journalism, and technology. Ethan began his teaching career at Bay High after graduating with an undergrad degree in business. Over the past four years, he has partnered with Brent Jarosz and nearly a dozen local businesses to develop and establish real-world, project-based learning. The excitement of getting to learn alongside students and seeing meaningful learning happen is what he loves most about teaching.
