About me
Family & Consumer Sciences educator with a passion for hands-on, student-centered learning. She has taught for 20 years in Utah and Nebraska helping students develop leadership, career, and life skills through real-world projects. Each position has included some sections of Early Childhood. Education, whether it be Child Development or Early Childhood Education. Outside of teaching, Elizabeth enjoys being with family, especially her husband and two children, sewing and cooking, which often influence her classroom activities.
