About me
I’m a Career & Technical Education enthusiast with a passion for turning leadership potential into real-world impact - especially through Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) and Human Sciences & Education pathways. If there’s a way to make leadership development engaging, meaningful, and maybe even a little fun, I’m all in! I got my start as a Family & Consumer Sciences teacher (yes, I did manage the chaos of 14 7th graders using sewing machines with 0 casualties), and I bring that classroom-rooted perspective into my work supporting educators and student leaders across the state. From developing programs to supporting advisors to cheering on student success stories, I’m driven by the belief that CTE changes lives - because I’ve lived it & seen it firsthand. Known for bringing energy and a lot of heart to everything I do (with a touch of sarcasm), I’m all about creating spaces where students feel empowered to lead, grow, and figure out what’s next - without taking themselves too seriously along the way.
