About me
Brian Helmberger is an certified STS instructor with 8 years of teaching experience and a 27- year journeyman electrician with the IBEW. Across both careers, his focus has always been on quality work, continuous learning, and learning from his passion and hobbies. A life long love for cars and automotive restorations - having fully restored four vehicles himself - has shaped his approach to craftsmanship, problem solving, and instruction. Brian is a strong advocate for strengthening and expanding modern TDL coursework within STS programs, believing automotive education provides foundational skills that benefit and elevate every trade we teach.
