About me
Blair Ryan serves as the Central Region Transition Facilitator, supporting ESUs 9, 10, 11, and 17. With a strong background in career and technical education (CTE) and school counseling, Blair brings over five years of experience providing transition services to special education teachers. She holds a B.S. in Agricultural Education from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a M.S. in Professional School Counseling from Chadron State College. Since 2021, Blair has focused on transition planning and work-based learning, helping educators, families, and students identify meaningful, evidence-based strategies that foster independence, community engagement, and successful post-school outcomes in natural environments.
