Discover how a high school Fashion Pathway integrated TPACK and ISTE Standards to merge technology with creativity. Attendees will explore student projects in digital fabric design and professional-scale fashion shows, and leave with strategies for applying innovative, tech-driven, project-based learning in their own classrooms.

Learn how to teach gathering with confidence through a hands-on walkthrough of a complete lesson from the Fashion Construction Technique Notebook. Participants will create a Gathering Sample using simple materials and explore how technique books build skill mastery, support sequencing, and strengthen student independence. Attendees will leave with a ready-to-teach lesson, clear demonstrations, and practical strategies for integrating technique samples into any FCS or Textiles course, regardless of equipment availability.

Parliamentary Procedure doesn’t have to be intimidating or abstract. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn the basics of Parliamentary Procedure by actively using motions, debate, and voting to complete a fun and familiar task—making trail mix. As a group, attendees will practice making main motions, amendments, and voting while experiencing how Parli Pro keeps meetings organized, fair, and efficient. This session is designed for beginners and focuses on building confidence, understanding meeting flow, and seeing how Parliamentary Procedure applies to real-life decision making within CTSO chapters and organizations (or in your own kitchen!).
